A Great Day In Belgrade: Manticora Metal Band

By Karl Haudbourg • on June 26, 2009

Last month the progressive power metal band Manticora was in Belgrade. Formed in 1997 in Hvidovre, Denmark by Lars Larsen (vocals), Kristian Larsen (guitars) and Mads Volf (drums), the band is touring throughout Europe and came to Serbia. Lars Larsen put up a blog post today talking a bit about Belgrade “Belgrade was a cool metropol with a nice atmosphere.” Then he went on to say that “All in all, we had a great day in Belgrade. Not the greatest of attendance on the tour, but still a step up from Thessaloniki.” He concluded his post by writing: Btw: Serbian people are very nice people….-) Just another example of “Serbs are nice people, and Belgrade a safe city with a nice atmosphere”.
