German photographer Paulina Christin Wölke had a fabulous wedding in Serbia last weekend. The couple would have looked great anywhere, but it seems that Serbia was an especially inviting spot for a lovely wedding and great backgrounds for photos. Paulina Christin Wölke’s photos of her brother’s wedding in Serbia are absolutely breathtaking. Paulina Christin Wölke also put a short story, and it’s well worth reading. Google translation from the original German is here:
This weekend my brother got married his lovely wife. As normal was the wedding not. Friday morning we went to the registry office and then immediately to the airport, from where we flew from Vienna to Belgrade. Once there, we are by bus about 1 – 1/2 hours driving to our accommodation where we were met by dancing children dressed in sweet, warm, Serbian families, many musicians and chickens. From arrival until late in the evening was celebrated, danced and ate delicious. The weekend was just beautiful, just like Serbia. Everywhere run around goats, sheep and chickens. One can look deep into the valley and in the evening you can see on the horizon, thousands of lights and shooting stars. In this country there is just pure nature. Now I let the images speak for me:)
