Back in 2009, Andy Shay wrote an interesting article over at Good Food Revelation about fresh cheeses produced in Ontario (Canada). He visited White Diamonds Kajmak Dairy and discovered Serbian specialty called Kajmak Domaci. At the end of his article Andy Shay notes that "they are in 52 stores around Ontario." Yes, and the packaging to match this new Serbian/Canadian ...

Serbian Wilderness, The Mountain Of Tara, The Real Serbia
Posted On Monday, 27 Sep 2010 By Karl Haudbourg. Under Serbia Tags: Serbia, Serbian Mountain of Tara, Serbian wilderness, Tara mountain
I just came across two fantastic videos on Youtube about the Serbian Mountain of Tara. It’s a short documentary about the people living in the remote wilderness on Mountain Tara, a mountain located in western Serbia. I believe that the best of Serbia is there. This is the real Serbia. It’s well worth watching!

Ian Furniss argues, convincingly, that Belgrade is a safe, happy, and vibrant city. You should read the whole thing, but here's ...
