Have some respect for your country Karl… please don't turn Serbia into a low-rent soft-core porn gallery. Your hypocracy makes me sick.

Marko. Soft-core porn gallery and hypocracy!!! Say it again! I respect Serbian women, and I did not find the pics insulting, or something close to a soft-core porn gallery . I\’m trying to show the world that Serbs are not \”barbarians,\” and sometimes Serbian women help me a bit (600 posts and only 28 talking about Serbian women). Just love them:)

Hi Marko, I concur with Karl. Recognizing feminine beauty is not at all inappropriate, and equating doing so with flaunting a low-rent soft-core porn gallery is a bit over the top. You seem to have missed the metaphor. Serbia is on all accounts a country of beauty – whether one looks at its landscape, buildings, art, literature or people; any observer will invariably recognize a grace that is both generous and contained, both exuberant and modest. A country reflects its character in its people, and that is why will still talk about Helen of Troy (Illiad) or the daughters of Jerusalem (Song of Solomon). The women of Serbia reflect Serbia’s most acute and present grace, the juxtaposition of its pride and gentle demeanor, and its miraculous flowering over rubble. Misappropriation of this message, like beauty itself, lies entirely in the eye of the beholder.

As very intelligent, very worldly young ladies, Serbia's women may also be appreciated for their beauty and sex appeal. There is nothing wrong with having it all and they do! Brains, culture AND beauty — each to be celebrated. I think MM is a hypocrite, not you, Karl.

Brains? It would be beneficial to point out that Mileva (Maric) Einstein, Olgivana Wright (wife of Frank Lloyd Wright), and Milunka Savic are examples of the creativity, inventiveness, and courage of Serbian and Montenegrin women. There are
many good-looking male and female Serbs, but their beauty is only part of their gifts.
