So, my little public relation efforts for Serbia has made it three years! The last three years have been a tremendous journey in changing the false and, misleading poor image of Serbia in the world, and really make a site that is a central hub for bringing the truth about Serbia and Serbian people to the world. Our website is celebrating its third anniversary today, and something that started very small has grown quite large. When I started, I could never have anticipated how consistently Serbia’s Ambassador would grow in popularity. This site now has an average of 5,000 visitors (and sometimes as many as 12,000) a day and it is still in its infancy. Serbia’s Ambassador is attracting attention throughout the world, which is great news for Serbia! Every Serb and every friend of Serbia will benefit from this.
The goal here is to have an immerse and interactive website that not only reports the latest videos and true stories from real people who have found out by personal experience what Serbs and Serbia are really like, but uncovers new and interesting topics on Serbia that people may not have known about before. Thank you to everyone who reads our blog posts, donates, and contributes their thoughts. If there is anything you would like to see included or added in 2012, please let me know in the comments below, or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Just another thing. Serbia’s Ambassador to the World is not government-sponsored. It’s an independent, reader-supported site, which depends on your financial help to continue. Please consider helping Serbia’s Ambassador, if you can, with a donation of any amount. I love Serbia, I love the Serbs, I love doing this, and I hope to keep going until Serbia has its proper and rightful image back! Let’s go from strength to strength with Serbia’s PR – let’s do it together! Napred Srbija!!
